Occupational Therapist Specialist
About the Role:We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Knute Nelson. As an Occupational Therapist Specialist, you will be responsible for organizing and developing occupational therapist services in accordance with state and federal regulations, as well as Knute Nelson's policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to assist clients in achieving their goals.
- Provide high-quality care that meets or exceeds client expectations.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services rendered utilizing agency EMR.
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current licensure in Occupational Therapy.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
We offer a competitive salary of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
