We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Director to join our team at CSL Plasma. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing medical oversight to our medical staff, including training and education. They will also serve as the primary physician for reporting to regulatory bodies and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Provide medical direction to medical staff associates, including their training and education.

- Serve as the primary physician for reporting to regulatory bodies.

- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including CLIA and cGMPs.

- Collaborate with center management and quality unit to maintain high medical standards.

- Evaluate newly trained medical staff associates for completion of training and recommendation for certification.

- Perform additional services as requested by the company.
