**Job Title:** Center Medical Director

At CSL Plasma, we are committed to making a difference in the lives of people with rare and serious diseases. As a Center Medical Director, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and safety of donors participating in our non-red blood cell immunization programs.

**About the Role:** We are seeking an experienced physician to lead our medical team at one of our centers. As a Center Medical Director, you will be responsible for providing medical oversight to our Medical Staff Associates, including their training, and ensuring compliance with applicable Federal and State regulations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide medical oversight to Medical Staff Associates, including their training
  • Ensure compliance with applicable Federal and State regulations
  • Review and sign moderate and severe medical incident reports prior to donor being permitted to resume donating
  • Monitor donor clinical response to immunizations, when applicable
  • Oversee hyper-immune programs, if applicable
  • Determine donor suitability following adverse reactions in consultation with the Corporate or Divisional Medical Director
  • Maintain current knowledge of infectious disease markets (i.e. HIV, HBV, HCV, syphilis, etc.)

**Requirements:**

  • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical or osteopathic school
  • Maintain a current and active medical license in the state in which the Center is located
  • One year of residency training as an MD or OD

**Estimated Salary:** $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
