  • Support emergency response initiatives and participate in preparedness drills.
  • Maintain necessary certifications and fulfill training obligations promptly.
  • Oversee personnel scheduling to minimize unauthorized overtime.
  • Adapt communication and interaction styles to suit diverse patient populations.
  • Perform additional duties as required, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years in security, law enforcement, or military roles, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity within a security context.

Certifications: Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record. Successful completion of Basic Life Support (BLS), Crisis Prevention and Intervention (CPI), and firearms training is essential.

Skills: Proficiency in computer applications and data management is required. Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary to convey information effectively across various levels of the organization.

Physical Requirements: The role involves medium physical demands, including lifting and moving objects of varying weights. While routine exposure to blood or bodily fluids is minimal, there may be potential exposure to communicable diseases.

Work Environment: This position is critical during emergencies and requires flexibility in scheduling, including availability for weekends and holidays.
