CT Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CT Supervisor to join our team at Infojini Healthcare. As a CT Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the CT department, ensuring the efficient and safe delivery of high-quality service to patients.

• Supervise and perform all CT procedures to the highest quality
• Provide input and feedback to staff regarding individual image quality
• Comply with statistical and QA data as needed
• Maintain exam protocols to ensure exam quality with minimum exposure levels
• Coordinate with personnel of other departments regarding patient and/or staff-related problems
• Make recommendations concerning the purchase, maintenance, and/or repair of equipment
• Responsible for the orientation and training of staff
• Interviews and recommends the hiring of new staff members
• Performs annual performance evaluations of staff
• Performs disciplinary action as outlined in the TidalHealth handbook

• Must be a registered CT technologist with the ARRT
• Must obtain a license from the Maryland Board of Physicians Quality Assurance to practice as a CT Technologist in the state of Maryland
• Minimum 5 years as a CT technologist
• Preferred: Three years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience, including one year of work-lead or supervisory experience
