The successful candidate will have proven success in implementing high-quality instruction that led to the improvement of student achievement in an urban school. S/he will possess exceptional relationship building skills and the ability to communicate clearly to multiple stakeholders.
Requirements- State Teaching Certification, pending certification, or demonstration of qualifications to obtain certification.
- Bachelor's Degree in Art Education or related field.
- Teaching Credential and Authorization to teach art grades 6-8.
- 2+ Years Experience Teaching Middle School Art.
- Commitment to Equity, Student Voice, and Responsive Teaching.
- Classroom Management Abilities.
