Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of production lines, ensuring timely and efficient production of high-quality products.
  • Lead and motivate a team of production personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including quality, maintenance, and engineering, to resolve production and quality issues.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of production data, including quality metrics and production schedules.
  • Participate in continuous quality improvement projects and other related activities as assigned.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in an operations supervisory or management role in a manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to motivate and lead a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
  • Computer usage and typing skills are essential.
