Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the procurement of essential materials and supplies, while actively participating in financial assessments to ensure project cost-effectiveness.
  • Collaborating with the Operations Manager to engage subcontractors, coordinating their efforts to align with project specifications, timelines, and budgetary constraints while adhering to safety regulations.
  • Conducting orientations for project personnel, providing comprehensive project documentation including scopes of work, technical schematics, and application-engineered diagrams.
  • Monitoring project resources and progress closely, documenting any incidents that may impact the timeline, scope, or overall project efficiency; identifying and pursuing opportunities for project enhancements.
  • Managing project-related billing processes in conjunction with the accounting department and Operations Manager, scheduling commissioning resources, and ensuring timely completion of project closure documentation.

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in project management within the HVAC controls sector.
  • Familiarity with HVAC industry applications and the ability to interpret MEP drawings and specifications, as well as electrical and control wiring diagrams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project.
  • Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without the need for company sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Over five years of experience in project management within the HVAC controls sector.
