Job Title: Automation Specialist

Are you looking for a challenging opportunity in the Financial Services Industry? ECLARO is seeking a skilled Automation Specialist to join our team.

Job Overview:
As an Automation Specialist, you will work closely with development and DevOps engineers to deliver high-quality automation solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to design and develop test cases for new features and capabilities, ensuring that our software meets the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop test cases for new features and capabilities.
  • Perform manual testing for all new features that are in scope.
  • Build automation that supports validation and preservation of functionality from front end to back-end storage systems.
  • Work directly with DevOps to support integration of functional and integration tests into no-touch software pipeline jobs.
  • Analyze automation results and identify Quality issues and report.
  • Support metric gathering and reporting on software quality from development through production.
  • Prepare and maintain clear documentation of automation frameworks, design, and standards.
  • Help the team to develop and improve tools and processes that empower teams to work faster and easier on their own.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems or another related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience in API testing.
  • 3-4 years of overall testing experience.
  • 2-3 years of experience with at least some of the common automation testing tools such as Selenium, UFT, Postman.
  • Experience with integration tools such as Jenkins, Bamboo or alike.
  • It will be good to have Knowledge on RESTful API services, methods and approaches.
  • A team player, able to work in an environment of high levels of change and complexity.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Insurance or Financial services experience desirable.
  • Experience working within an Agile environment and the common automation and testing approaches supporting iterative delivery.
