Position Summary:

Fitness Instructors at the Arrowhead Alpine Club play a vital role in our community. This position involves creating engaging fitness classes or activities that cater to our diverse membership while prioritizing safety.

Position Specifications:

  • Outlet: Arrowhead Alpine Club
  • Expected Compensation: $0.01 - $40.00 commission per class
    • If hired into a tipped position, guaranteed to earn a minimum of $20/hour, including tips.
  • Availability: Part-Time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and lead fitness classes or activities as assigned.
  • Ensure the safety of members and fellow staff.
  • Adhere to Club service standards.
  • Communicate effectively with our esteemed membership.
  • Collaborate with the Spa & Fitness manager to develop classes and schedules that resonate with members.
  • Exhibit teamwork and be willing to cover for other instructors as needed.
  • Possess a solid understanding of fitness principles and an active lifestyle.
  • Follow all resort policies, procedures, and operational standards.
  • Maintain a positive and energetic attitude at all times.
  • Complete any additional tasks or projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Certification - if applicable.
  • Guest service experience - required.
  • Club experience - preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in the fitness or guiding field.

The anticipated pay range is $0.01 - $40.00. This range reflects the expected compensation for this position, with individual decisions based on various factors.
