Requirements

  • Culinary Education: Culinary Arts degree preferred.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills to coach, counsel, and guide kitchen staff.
  • Administrative Skills: Strong administrative skills and computer skills to manage kitchen operations.
  • Communication Skills: Clear, effective, and strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with kitchen staff and guests.
Work Environment

The American Grill Chef will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment with excessive noise. The employee may be exposed to casino-related environmental factors, including second-hand smoke and excessive noise. The employee must be able to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, talk or hear, and taste or smell. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
