We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at The Willows at Bellevue. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall well-being of our residents.

Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the assessment of patients in collaboration with Registered Nurses
  • Administer medications and monitor patients for adverse reactions
  • Perform routine lab tests and therapeutic services
  • Educate patients and their families about disease treatment plans and self-care
  • Identify safety hazards and emergency situations to ensure resident safety
Requirements:
  • BLS Provider certification within 1 month of hire date
  • Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse certification prior to hire date
  • High school diploma or GED
