Job Title: Direct Care

At Poverello Center Inc, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Direct Care professional. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing essential services to our residents, ensuring their safety and well-being, and supporting the smooth operation of our center.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Check in residents for lunch and dinner, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment.
  • Perform weekend day staff duties and special assignments as directed by the kitchen manager.
  • Provide services to residents in accordance with our center's rules and mission.
  • Offer assistance to residents as needed, promoting a sense of community and support.
  • Conduct area inspections to maintain health and safety standards.
  • Enforce safety rules and document any rule violations or incidents.
  • Maintain accurate records in our log, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Collaborate with other service providers to meet client needs and provide comprehensive support.
  • Perform general office and clerical duties, including staffing the office and answering phone calls.
  • Cooperate with law enforcement as required and perform other duties as necessary.
Requirements:
  • Valid Montana driver's license and acceptable driving record.
  • Successful completion of a thorough background investigation.
  • Experience working with homeless individuals or people in poverty is preferred.
