Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Implement Cleaning Protocols: Develop and implement cleaning protocols to ensure consistency and efficiency in our housekeeping operations.
  • Manage Cleaning Schedules: Manage cleaning schedules to ensure all properties are cleaned and prepared for guest arrival.
  • Collaborate with Operations Team: Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of housekeeping operations.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our guests and homeowners by ensuring their properties are clean and well-maintained.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Housekeeping Experience: 2+ years of housekeeping experience in a hotel, resort, or vacation rental setting.
  • Leadership Experience: 1+ year of leadership experience in a housekeeping or operations role.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and quality.
  • Ability to Work Independently: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
