As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will be part of a team that drives growth for insurance agencies. You will maintain high-touch relationships with key insurance carrier accounts and be responsible for maximizing each account through thorough preparation and focus on performance and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain high-touch relationships with 20-40 key insurance carrier accounts
  • Be fluent in all account KPIs and other relevant business and relationship details
  • Maximize each account through thorough preparation and focus on performance and opportunities
  • Create win-win scenarios that meet account goals and Company objectives
  • Turn difficult conversations into account wins

About the Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree
  • Background managing accounts in a performance marketing environment
  • At least 2 year's experience in account management
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Consistent and detail-oriented
  • Strong analytical skills

About the Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $90,000-$130,000 annually. The benefits package includes comprehensive health coverage, retirement plans, paid time off, professional development opportunities, and flexible work options.
