Job Title: Burn Care Specialist

Mass General Brigham is seeking a highly skilled Burn Care Specialist to join our team in Brookline, Massachusetts.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide exceptional care to patients with burn injuries. As a Burn Care Specialist, you will work in our state-of-the-art burns/plastics unit, providing critical care to adult patients with complex burn injuries.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care to adult patients with burn injuries, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and monitor patients for adverse reactions.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices in burn care.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by promoting teamwork and open communication.
Requirements:
  • Current Massachusetts Registered Nurse license.
  • Minimum 1 year of RN experience on general med, med/surg/tele, or stepdown unit.
  • BSN preferred.
