Job Overview

The Blue Collar Recruiter - Marietta is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards are met across all aspects of our business.

Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the development and maintenance of quality evaluation, control systems, and protocols for processing materials into partially finished or finished products.
  • Managing audits of quality systems for deficiency identification and correction.
  • Developing and implementing methods and procedures for inspecting, testing, and evaluating the precision and accuracy of products and production equipment.
  • Managing statistical analysis projects to assess the cost of and determine the responsibility for products or materials that do not meet required standards and specifications.
  • Ensuring that corrective measures meet acceptable reliability standards and that documentation is compliant with all customer and regulatory requirements.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology disciplines, and at least five years of experience in the industry. You should also be proficient in using personal computers, Microsoft Office products, and e-mail skills.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
