$80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Cloud Support Lead who can take on complex technical challenges and provide expert solutions. Your extensive knowledge of cloud applications, server infrastructure, and networking will enable you to effectively troubleshoot and resolve issues.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Serving as a point of escalation for our support team
  • Managing 2FA, zero-trust, single sign-on, and identity providers
  • Working with various server hardware, firewalls, switches, access points, and storage arrays
  • Collaborating with the team to deliver a service experience that inspires everyone it touches

You will thrive in this role if you possess excellent communication skills, natural troubleshooting abilities, and an unquenchable desire to grow professionally.

Requirements

To succeed in this position, you will need:

  • A minimum of 7 years of IT experience, preferably in a cloud-based environment
  • Extensive knowledge of cloud applications, server infrastructure, and networking
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • An ability to work independently and as part of a team
