Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by listening to customers' needs and providing personalized financial solutions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the loan process and life cycle
  • Present financial products and services that meet customers' goals and objectives
  • Educate customers on the terms and conditions of their loan to ensure a clear understanding
  • Partner with local businesses to identify and develop new customer opportunities
  • Stay up-to-date on credit underwriting techniques and sales tools to provide the best possible solutions for customers
  • Manage the life cycle of the loan, including collections activities, while complying with all laws and regulations

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Sales, collections, or customer service experience
  • Bilingual - Spanish
