Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee, guide, and coordinate the activities of the pier construction team, ensuring optimal efficiency and superior workmanship.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor construction projects from inception to completion, managing schedules, budgets, and compliance with specifications.
  • Interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents to accurately implement construction plans.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulations, fostering a safe working environment for all team members.
  • Conduct site evaluations and inspections, promptly identifying and addressing issues to prevent delays.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to guarantee timely material and service delivery.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients and the operations manager, providing regular updates on project status.
  • Train and mentor team members, promoting a culture of learning, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
  • Manage project documentation, including permits, reports, and construction logs.

Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience as a Construction Foreman in pier construction, foundation repair, or a related discipline, with a minimum of 3 years preferred.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of construction processes, materials, and project management principles specific to waterproofing and foundation repair.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a talent for motivating and directing a construction crew.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting construction documents and blueprints.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and quality standards within the construction sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
