The Opportunity

We're seeking a skilled and experienced Distribution Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at our Roseville Distribution Center in Minnesota. As a key member of our Cardiac Rhythm Management division, you'll be responsible for implementing and maintaining the effectiveness of our quality system, managing direct activities, and providing technical expertise and guidance to staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and maintain the effectiveness of the quality system
  • Manage direct activities and provide technical expertise and guidance to staff
  • Set standards and monitor staff performance, provide performance feedback, and recommend merit increases and promotions
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance, understand detailed area operations, and make timely decisions regarding issues such as to proceed or abort, work OT, etc.
  • Develop and recommend departmental reward and recognition programs, assist employees in creating development plans, and work with employees to meet their development needs
  • Communicate work center/department objectives and results, use time effectively, and coach teams
  • Direct supervision of workforce, create a climate of trust and respect within the group, and interact with peers in operations and within other cross-functional groups
  • Respond directly to on-site requests for information from internal and external regulatory agencies
Requirements

We're looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent operations experience, 3-5 years in Supply Chain, Distribution, or Operations, and experience in manufacturing or distribution environments. Knowledge of materials and inventory computer systems, Fork-lift certifications, and experience with CAPA and Change control are preferred.
