Position Overview

We are in search of a Skilled Field Operations Supervisor to oversee Personal Care Services in the North Houston, TX area.

This role is essential for ensuring that our clients receive the highest quality of care tailored to their individual needs. The ideal candidate will demonstrate compassion, commitment, and professionalism, contributing positively to the lives of clients affected by age or health challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise the delivery of personal care services, ensuring compliance with authorized tasks and hours.
  • Communicate effectively with staff, case managers, and clients.
  • Conduct specialized training for attendants to meet client-specific needs.
  • Participate in team meetings and required training sessions.
  • Provide direct services to clients when necessary.
  • Manage scheduling in accordance with service plans and client needs.
  • Perform initial evaluations to determine client assistance requirements.
  • Ensure attendants understand electronic visit verification through demonstration.
  • Support HR in enhancing attendant performance.
  • Complete additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
  • A high school diploma or General Equivalence Degree (G.E.D.) is required; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Personal Care Services (Medicaid) and relevant state regulations.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
  • Access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Physical ability to sit, stand, bend, lift over 50 pounds, and move intermittently.
  • Texas Requirements: Must be a licensed nurse (RN) in good standing or have completed at least two years (60 credit hours) of college-level education. Management or supervisory experience in healthcare may substitute for educational requirements.

Compensation: $23.00 per hour
