Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced executive director to lead our New Horizons Regional Education Centers team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in educational administration, with expertise in budget management, program development, and staff supervision. As a strategic leader, you will drive the vision and direction of our regional programs, ensuring that they align with our organizational goals and objectives.

Responsibilities
* Provide strategic leadership and supervision to the New Horizons Regional Education Centers team
* Oversee the development and implementation of regional programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives
* Manage the budget and resource allocation for NHREC, ensuring efficient and effective operation
* Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement professional development programs for educators
* Foster a collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and communication among staff members

Requirements
* Master's Degree (Advanced Degree preferred)
* Postgraduate Professional License - Administration and Supervision PreK-12
* Minimum five years of secondary administrative-supervisory experience at the school principal level or above
* Experience in supervising specialized educational programs (such as career and technical, talented and gifted, adult education, and special education)
* Knowledgeable of state and federal human resources laws and Virginia Department of Education procedures
