  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze customer concerns, identify solutions, and implement effective resolutions.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in PC and O365 software, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies.
  • Adaptability: Flexible and adaptable to changing market forces and shifting priorities.
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
