Position Highlights:

- Compensation is performance-based, with initial visits earning $110 and follow-up sessions ranging from $75 to $95, depending on complexity. High-performing practitioners can earn up to $150 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide treatment for adults experiencing conditions such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, ADHD, OCD, and PTSD. Assess and refer cases requiring higher-level care to appropriate resources.
- Order and analyze diagnostic tests and review relevant medical histories.
- Secure informed consent for treatment.
- Conduct thorough initial assessments and follow-up consultations, utilizing the DSM-5 criteria for accurate diagnosis and comprehensive treatment planning.
- Familiarity with ICD-10 codes and billing procedures is essential.
- Deliver psychotherapy alongside medication management as part of the treatment plan.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of two years of post-graduate experience as a psychiatric nurse practitioner.
- Current licensure in Washington state (California licensure is highly preferred).
- Experience in both inpatient and outpatient psychiatric settings.
- At least one year of experience in providing psychotherapy using relevant psychiatric approaches.
- A strong interest in integrative psychiatric care.
- Proficiency with EHR platforms, preferably Kareo/Tebra.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Technologically adept and a self-starter.
- A private and quiet space for conducting telepsychiatry sessions, along with a personal computer.
Education & Licenses Required:
- Completion of an accredited PMHNP program with national certification.
- ANCC Board Certification is mandatory.
- Valid DEA certification in Washington state, in good standing for all schedules.
- Personal malpractice insurance is required.
