We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Dental Office Manager to join our team at Pure Smiles Dental Group. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our dental practice, providing exceptional patient care, and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a dynamic team of dental healthcare professionals to deliver excellent patient care and experiences.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve office efficiency, productivity, and patient satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and differentiators that will increase office visibility and revenue.
  • Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly reports to stakeholders, highlighting key statistics and trends.
  • Provide mentorship and training to team members to ensure continuous growth and development.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of all statutory regulations affecting practice health and safety.
  • Support both clinical and administrative teams to ensure the practice runs smoothly and patients are cared for and happy.
Requirements:
  • A proven understanding of the dental industry and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and relationship building.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to thrive in a culture of empowerment and advanced technology.
  • High integrity and accountability, with a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Open Dental.
  • Ability to create schedules and meet deadlines under stress and interruptions, with critical thinking to provide recommendations and/or identify solutions to improve office efficiency.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Associates or Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, economics, or a related field, or a combination of education and experience.
  • Previous experience in practice management software such as Open Dental.
