Client Services Coordinator

- Manage all facility-related concerns, including inventory of supplies and office essentials.
- Process removals, disconnections, and reconnections as instructed by collections and customer support.
- Generate projects and dispatch certified correspondence to clients.
- Organize and file all documents while uploading necessary information into SalesForce.
- Prepare essential documents and send them to clients via mail.
- Digitally scan and forward returned client documents to the CPA.
- Assign unreceived documents to field agents for manual retrieval.
- Develop a daily itinerary for field agents and oversee their performance.
- Utilize company vehicle tracking systems to ensure all designated stops are completed by field agents.
- Monitor all required documents through SalesForce and personal tracking spreadsheets.
- Compile and send weekly reports to the Chief Customer Officer and other stakeholders as needed.
Core Competencies
- Ability to work autonomously and effectively manage workload priorities.
- Exceptional organizational abilities demonstrating proficiency in managing multiple tasks with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficient typing skills at a minimum of 45 words per minute.
- Capacity to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for professional interactions with clients and internal teams.
- A collaborative team-oriented mindset is essential.
- Minimum of two years in customer service or support roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook is mandatory.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Strong customer service skills and experience are required.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Familiarity with Salesforce is advantageous but not required.
