Key Responsibilities

  • Minimum of three years of experience in construction roles
  • Proficient in operating construction tools and machinery
  • Skilled in mixing and pouring construction materials
  • Understanding of construction processes and protocols
  • Ability to work effectively within a team
  • Familiarity with interpreting blueprints
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and balance
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Constructing and dismantling scaffolding and temporary structures
  • Excavating trenches and backfilling as needed
  • Operating heavy machinery on construction sites
  • Following directives from project managers and supervisors
  • Handling the loading and unloading of construction materials
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work environment by removing hazardous materials
  • Assisting skilled tradespeople, such as carpenters and electricians, as required
  • Availability for 10-hour and 8-hour shifts
  • Willingness to work Monday through Friday, with on-call and overtime opportunities
  • Flexibility for weekend work as needed
