- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a senior kitchen management role.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with staff, suppliers, and customers.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
The Executive Sous Chef will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment with a high level of noise and activity. The position requires standing for long periods, frequent lifting and bending, and the ability to work in a hot and humid environment.
