About the Position

We are seeking a skilled Dynamics CE/D365 Business Analyst to lead a strategic CRM project, driving efficiency and standardizing CRM practices across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main resource for the CRM Management Project, overseeing design, implementation, and ongoing management of Dynamics CE/D365.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and end-users to assess business needs, identify areas for CRM improvement, and develop effective CRM workflows.
  • Manage setup, configuration, and customization of Dynamics CE/D365 to support specific business processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Establish standardized procedures for data entry, record updates, and user access within Dynamics CE/D365, maintaining data quality and consistency.
  • Provide comprehensive training to users on Dynamics CE/D365, covering system access, data entry standards, and reporting functionalities to maximize user adoption and efficiency.
  • Conduct regular audits of CRM data quality and system usage, addressing any issues and continuously improving data accuracy.
  • Create and maintain detailed project documentation, including process guides, user manuals, and best practice guidelines for using Dynamics CE/D365.
  • Work with IT and other stakeholders to plan and execute CRM system upgrades, integrations, and enhancements, staying current with Dynamics CE/D365 updates and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on CRM systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics CE/D365 & Dynamics Field Services.
  • In-depth knowledge of Dynamics CE/D365 functionality (Sales and Field Services), configuration, and customization.
  • Strong understanding of CRM best practices, data governance, and process standardization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with users at all levels of the organization.
  • Highly organized with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to data accuracy.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
