About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Leader to join our team at Community Choice Financial Family of Brands. As a Store Leader, you will be responsible for leading the success of your store and team by setting high performance standards and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and coach store team members to achieve business objectives and maintain store profitability.
  • Manage store performance by meeting or exceeding company performance standards, including key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Lead the team to reach or exceed sales goals by extending loan or pawn products to consumers, identifying local marketing strategies, and leveraging business-to-business partnership opportunities.
  • Supervise and maintain office security, conduct proper opening and closing procedures, and manage vault, cash drawer, and bank deposits.
  • Ensure a work environment that upholds compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
  • Maintain a visually pleasing and professional atmosphere that aligns with the values and mission of the company.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least two years of experience and proven success in a supervisory or leadership role in retail, financial, customer service, or related industries.
  • Operations experience in a leadership capacity.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Valid and current driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle to use throughout the workday (mileage compensated).
  • Ability to work phone, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and other systems.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama).
  • Background check required (subject to applicable law).
