As a Kitchen Steward, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare tableware for washing
- Collect and wash soiled pots, ensuring they are restacked on shelves
- Manage the removal of waste and refuse
- Sweep and mop floors to maintain cleanliness
- Clean walls and ceiling tiles
- Sanitize all cooking equipment
- Ensure proper maintenance and distribution of company assets
- Set up and operate the dishwashing machine
- Organize and store clean dishes in designated kitchen areas

QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum of six months experience in a kitchen environment
- Sanitation certification from the local Health Department
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Strong ability to follow instructions
- Physically capable of performing tasks such as pushing, pulling, carrying, and lifting up to 25 lbs, along with bending, twisting, and kneeling as required in various work areas
