Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with SAFe Business Owners, Product Management, and Product Owners to comprehend, confirm, and document client requirements in alignment with the agile release train.
  • Coordinate and manage customer inquiries related to cloud-based services.
  • Act as the primary liaison to clients, facilitating meetings, documenting service requests, and liaising with vendors.
  • Identify recurring issues, escalate concerns to management, and communicate potential impacts to clients.
  • Investigate product or service issues by determining the root cause and advising the government on viable solutions.
  • In case of incidents or outages, adhere to APS incident management protocols to report, analyze, monitor, and communicate with clients regarding the situation.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in business analysis or operational support. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office365 and SharePoint is essential. Must be a self-starter with the ability to learn governmental processes and new concepts quickly. Familiarity with SAFe principles and practices is preferred. Previous experience as a product owner, gathering stakeholder requirements, or developing user stories for IT projects is advantageous. Strong conceptual and strategic thinking abilities are necessary, along with critical thinking, analytical skills, and active listening. Must be capable of meeting deadlines, adhering to project timelines, managing conflicts, and multitasking across various projects. A solid understanding of strategic communications and media industry principles, particularly in the government sector, is required. Must maintain detailed knowledge of compliance documentation. Excellent communication skills are essential for interaction at all organizational levels. Candidates must be U.S. Citizens.
