Job Summary

MillenniumSoft is seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards are met in our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate quality risks.
  • Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address quality issues.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members on quality assurance procedures and best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure MillenniumSoft remains compliant and competitive.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Quality Engineering Certification (ASQ) or equivalent.
  • Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
