Job Description

As a Global Digital Product Manager at GE Healthcare, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of digital product strategies within the Patient Care Solutions (PCS) segment, specifically in the Anesthesia & Respiratory Care (ARC) area. Your primary focus will be on creating and executing strategic innovation roadmaps for digital applications within the Surgical & Procedural Care Digital Ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic innovation roadmaps for digital applications within the Surgical & Procedural Care Digital Ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and functional groups, to drive innovation and growth.
  • Engage with clinicians, hospital administrators, and customers to develop and refine portfolio strategies, influence customer direction, and execute strategy.
  • Represent GE Healthcare to external partners, customers, and stakeholders, promoting the company's vision and values.
  • Drive the successful enablement, delivery, and activation of application solutions, including prioritized recommendations on the extension of solutions and strategy across various use cases.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Healthcare, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 6 years of experience in a related field, with 3 years of experience in MedTech digital product management and development, partner management, or a similar role.
  • Competency in modern digital technologies, including Cloud technologies, Web & Mobile application development and deployment, and SaaS business models.
  • Ability to travel 20-30% (domestic and international) and work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Desired Characteristics:
  • Technical expertise in Healthcare IT standards and Employee Medical Records (EMR) integration practices.
  • Strong business analysis, problem-solving, and strategy development skills.
  • Financial acumen and experience with business models, financial metrics, and operational levers.
  • Ability to effectively influence and interact with all levels of the organization, from Senior Leaders to development teams and internal partner organizations.
