Job Overview

We are looking for a Clinical Nursing Supervisor to oversee our nursing staff and ensure high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Observe and document any changes in patient conditions or behaviors.
  • Coordinate with physicians and specialists regarding patient treatment plans.
  • Measure and record patient vital signs as necessary.
  • Administer suctioning via tracheostomy as per individual care plans.
  • Manage tube feeding and medication delivery.
  • Provide cough assistance, tracheostomy care, personal hygiene, bathing, incontinence support, and repositioning as required.
  • Ensure ventilator maintenance and monitor pulse oximetry as needed.
  • Perform wound care and debridement procedures.
  • Administer intravenous medications.
  • Complete all required documentation at the conclusion of each shift.

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of one year of experience in home health care with a solid clinical background.
  • Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) credentials from an accredited institution.
  • Ability to respond promptly in emergency situations.
  • Flexibility and patience to adapt to various living environments.
  • Proficient in clinical skills, including wound dressing changes, tube feeding, and IV setup and monitoring.
  • Capability to make independent decisions when necessary while also following patient requests and directions.
