About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate effectively with co-workers to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
  • Prepare and present treat products in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Provide a pleasant and alert experience for customers.
  • Operate and maintain restaurant equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure consistent quality, service, and cleanliness.
  • Clean and maintain the work area, including organizing and stocking necessary items.
  • Stock and execute proper rotation of products.
  • Complete assigned prep work for stocking and setup of the chill area.
  • Control the food production process.
  • Break down and clean the chill area thoroughly at the end of each shift.
  • Perform other duties as requested by management staff or shift leaders.
Requirements
  • Able to lift and move cases of food and paper products, as well as buckets of sanitizing liquid or cleaner.
  • Must be able to perform under pressure in a high-volume restaurant environment.
  • Ability to work in and out of different temperature ranges and handle food and drinks constantly.
  • Capability to stand for long periods of time and interact with the public and co-workers constantly.
  • Ability to read order monitors and recall product information.
  • Practice established food handling procedures and meet local health regulations.
  • Exhibit good manners, personal hygiene, and a positive attitude.
