Amusement Department Supervisor

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Amusement Department Supervisor to join our team at Round1. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our amusement department, ensuring a fun and safe experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and supervise a team of amusement department staff to ensure excellent customer service and a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment.
* Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue in the amusement department.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer experience.
* Monitor and control expenses to ensure profitability in the amusement department.
* Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
* 2-3 years of experience in a management role, preferably in the entertainment or hospitality industry.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
* High school diploma or equivalent required.
