Senior Director of Digital Experience

We are seeking an experienced Senior Director of Web Experience to join our team at Klaviyo Inc. This is a critical role that will drive the growth of our digital journey, including building and optimizing the website for our prospects and customers.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and build our global website and conversion strategy, responsible for the entire website journey from first visit to new customer acquisition.
- Develop and execute a strategic roadmap to ensure all web activities are in service of brand awareness and demand generation.
- Scale Klaviyo's web presence and product offerings, optimizing for SEO and inclusive of site architecture, technical foundation, keyword support, and editorial content.
- Develop high-converting web journey and personalization for prospects, customers, and partners, including reviewing and assessing content for effectiveness.
- Support global growth through site internationalization and lead relationship with technical teams and Web UX team through prioritization, OKRs, and stewardship of key projects/experiments.
- 12+ years experience in web management, user acquisition, and demand gen to analyze and produce marketing sourced leads and pipeline.
- Proven experience in senior-level marketing roles, with a track record of success in developing and executing digital experience and conversion strategies.
- Expertise in web analytics, A/B and multivariate testing tools, content management systems, technical and content SEO, web QA, and domain/url management.
- Experience translating and localizing websites into new markets and languages.
- Strong ability to prioritize and make trade-off decisions between multiple projects and competing priorities within the organization.
- Ability to communicate strategy, business cases, and roadmap to influence and advocate in a complex and matrixed organization.
