We are assisting a client in their search for skilled Assemblers in Flint, MI. This client specializes in the assembly of automotive seats and seat structures. These are temp-to-hire opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Stretching material over foam and snapping it into place
  • Steaming material to remove wrinkles
  • Thread wiring harnesses to seats using automatic hand tools or assemble plastic side pieces and snap them onto console portions
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Background in Assembly preferred
