We are seeking an experienced Senior Clinical Laboratory Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our clinical laboratory. This individual will be responsible for supervising a team of laboratory personnel, coordinating with medical staff to ensure accurate test results, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this position, applicants must possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as clinical laboratory science or a related discipline;">
  • At least 5 years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting, including at least 2 years of supervisory experience;">
  • Certification as a Medical Laboratory Specialist (MLS) or equivalent certification;">
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills;">
