Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and sort reusable or recyclable materials, ensuring accurate identification and separation of materials.
- Inspect materials and containers to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
- Weigh and record materials and containers, maintaining accurate records of waste collection and processing.
- Perform regular sweeps and cleanups of utility courtyards, fence lines, and surrounding areas to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-2 years of experience in waste management or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
