In this pivotal role, you will oversee all financial operations in alignment with effective financial management practices tailored for the healthcare environment. Your leadership will guide the Finance Department for the Central Florida practice, ensuring collaboration with Accounting, Revenue Cycle, and other internal teams. Your responsibilities will include the preparation of financial reports, summaries, and forecasts to support future business development and assess the economic landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate regular financial reporting and analysis, including status updates, while performing ad hoc financial assessments as necessary. Provide ongoing financial modeling and analytical support to business stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the strategic planning and program development of the organization as a key partner.
  • Analyze long-term economic trends and evaluate the company’s potential for revenue growth and market expansion, including opportunities for acquisitions.
  • Assist in analytics during contract negotiations, addressing considerations such as staffing needs and managed care evaluations.
  • Ensure the timely and precise analysis of budgets, financial reports, and trends to aid senior management in fulfilling their responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of five (5) years of financial management experience within a healthcare organization. Additionally, you should have at least seven years of demonstrated experience in a management capacity overseeing functions and/or personnel.
