Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Telecom Operator PRN to provide exceptional customer service and perform switchboard activities at Oviedo Medical Center. As a member of our team, you will work collaboratively with a dedicated group of colleagues to deliver high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet callers with hospitality and professionalism
  • Route incoming calls
  • Operate the public address system
Requirements

Prior customer service or telephone experience is preferred. Oviedo Medical Center is a 64-bed acute care hospital serving east Seminole County and surrounding communities. We offer a full range of healthcare services, including surgical inpatient units and intensive care, 24/7 emergency care, and comprehensive diagnostic imaging.
