Job Overview

EM Structural LLC is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a vital role in the successful execution of projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities

We are looking for an individual who can:

  • Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets by conducting research and analyzing project requirements.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to project teams by conducting engineering calculations, preparing design drawings, and reviewing technical specifications.
  • Generate and maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, progress reports, and change orders, to ensure clear communication and documentation of project activities and decisions.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies, to facilitate project coordination and resolve technical issues on time.
  • Implement quality assurance procedures and conduct quality checks to ensure that project deliverables meet established standards and specifications.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in engineering or construction-related roles, preferably in project management or project engineering.
  • Strong technical skills with proficiency in engineering software and tools.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team and interface with clients and stakeholders.
