The selected candidate will join a team of professionals dedicated to delivering high-quality construction projects across the region, specializing in Federal Department of Defense (DoD) projects, military schools, and equipment warehouses.

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a salary range of $130k-$165k based on experience, as well as a vehicle allowance of $500 per month and annual bonus potential.

The company offers a comprehensive benefits package, including 401k with 4% match, standard healthcare medical coverage of 85%, dental, and vision.

Job Description

The Senior Construction Manager will be responsible for leading owner meetings, developing contracts for subcontractors, overseeing project scheduling and progress, managing a team of Project Engineers, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

This role requires a strong background in managing complex projects, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate all aspects of the renovation project from design to completion.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, the candidate must have at least 5 years of experience working on DoD projects, including experience with projects exceeding $25M.

The ideal candidate will also possess a solid understanding of military projects, such as barracks, federal offices, warehouses, and US Army Corps of Engineers projects, as well as familiarity with Procore, AutoDesk, and CMIC software.
