Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Packaging Specialist to join our team on the 3rd shift. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for inspecting and packing products to meet customer specifications while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and pack products according to customer specifications
  • Notify the Operator when products do not meet quality standards and assist with resolution
  • Read, understand, and complete daily paperwork accurately
  • Set up work areas and replenish materials as needed
  • Assist the Operator with setup and changeover activities as directed
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area and equipment
  • Complete assigned duties in compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Actively participate in safety programs
  • Assist other team members as needed
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Successful completion of pre-employment background and drug screen
  • Ability to work overtime as required
  • Ability to perform the essential functions of the job with or without accommodation
