Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the coordination and delivery of medical services to patients in the Jacksonville region.
  • Lead a team of medical professionals to ensure consistent quality of care and adherence to clinical policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction, quality of care, and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of medical services and support business growth initiatives.
  • Provide clinical oversight and guidance to medical staff, including physicians, advanced practice nurses, and physician assistants.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including patients, families, and community partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence in medical care.
Requirements
  • MD or DO from an accredited school of medicine.
  • Unrestricted license to practice medicine in the selected state.
  • At least two years of experience as a primary care physician and one year as a Medical Director.
  • Board certification in one of the primary care specialties.
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (preferred).
