Job Summary

Ryko Solutions is seeking a skilled Chemical Delivery Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for assessing carwash sites, measuring and adjusting chemical delivery systems, and troubleshooting wash components.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess the full wash process, evaluating the interaction between water, chemicals, and equipment to ensure optimal cleaning results.
  • Measure and adjust chemical delivery systems to ensure accurate and efficient chemical dispensing.
  • Troubleshoot wash components to identify and resolve issues affecting wash quality and efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with carwash owners, providing expert advice and support to ensure their washes operate at peak performance.
  • Build and maintain reports to document site assessments, chemical adjustments, and troubleshooting activities.
  • Identify priorities, set goals, and drive results to meet or exceed performance targets.
  • Prospect and win new chemical accounts by developing sales pipelines, identifying potential customers, and creating value propositions.
  • Provide technical assistance to customers during the transition to new chemicals, ensuring a seamless and successful implementation.
  • Report weekly progress on sales pipelines and performance metrics.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in all weather conditions.
  • Ability to travel several times per month.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic proficiency with Excel.
  • Ability to lift light to medium weight (up to 50 lbs.).
