We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Waste Management Specialist to join our team at KETER ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES LLC. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and effective management of our customers' waste and recycling programs.
Key Responsibilities- Scheduling Compactor Hauls: Interpret graph data and event logs in our monitoring system, generate purchase orders, and secure and schedule compactor hauls in a timely manner.
- Alerting Customer Service of Site Issues: Investigate open repair issues or stop service tasks, recognize when customer care is needed, and create stop service tasks as required.
- Flagging Devices Needing Technical Assistance: Identify devices requiring technical assistance, describe or explain technical issues to analysts, and navigate support cases and messages in our system.
- Data Entry: Correct or enter data in our system, correct or enter device information, and navigate our SharePoint site.
- Education: College degree preferred and/or 2 or more years of relevant experience.
- Skills: Ability to efficiently multi-task, react well under pressure, treat others with respect, adapt easily to change, identify and resolve problems in a timely manner, and prioritize and plan work activities.
- Software Proficiency: Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel is required.
The hourly wage for this position is $20-21.
